Hand-laminated, all-butter croissants made with 15% wholemeal dark rye flour, freshly milled at Pete's Bread using Irish-grown rye berries/grains.
The Rye Berries are grown in Dunany. Co. Louth by the Workman Family and are free of artificial chemicals and pesticides.
The dark rye flour adds an extra sweet note and a more wholesome, satisfying flavour than the traditional flaky croissant.
Perfect accompaniment to your coffee/tea break, served warm with jam or eaten as a light lunch with a savoury filling.
