A traditional Danish sweet bun with a cinnamon-spiced butter filling and topped with a swirl of white icing.

 

Unlike tray-baked rolls, these cinnamon buns - or Kanelsnegle - are baked set slightly apart so they each form a distinct spiral and a slighty crispy crust with a soft crumb.  A perfect sweet treat with a hot drink.  Made with 100% organic flour.
